Options to consider
Tropical Breeze Resort: Classic Siesta Key resort, two pools, right in the Village, 10 min shuttle to Aloha Kai. We have a block of Queen suites available for ~400USD/night. Email us back if you’re interested and we can hook you up.
AirBnb has lots of great options, especially if you’re open to joining up with other guests.
Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites: No frills resort with pool, right in Village, 10 min shuttle to Aloha Kai.
Turtle Beach Resort & Inn: Cute lil’ resort with hot tubs, 5 min shuttle to Aloha Kai.
There are some more upscale options in Downtown Sarasota (the Ritz, the Westin).
St. Regis Longboat Key: The wedding venue! A higher end option right on Longboat Key. Convenient for the wedding day, less convenient for the volleyball day.
Siesta Key is so great that many resorts and hotels have websites or booking systems from before Windows XP I recommend calling.
Most places on the Key have 3-night minimums.
The following places are either booked solid or have longer minimum stays: Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club, Casa Blanca, The Island House Beach Resort, Midnight Cove, Siesta Royale, Gulf and Bay Club, Crescent Arms, Harbor Towers.
